When do we deliver?

  • Domestic Orders (India):
    All domestic orders are processed and delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch.Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

    It is important to keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in deliveries.

  • International Orders:
    International orders typically take 10-20 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.

Taxes & Duties

  • For Indian Customers:
    The product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and duties. There will be no additional charges at the time of delivery.

  • For International Customers:
    Most international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. As the recipient, you will be liable for these charges, which will need to be paid at the time of delivery for the goods to be released from customs.

  • No Redirection Once Dispatched:
    Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect the delivery to a different address.

  • Porch or Door Delivery Without Signature:
    To align with international shipping standards, most deliveries will be made directly to your porch or door without requiring a signature. Responsibility for your goods will pass to you once they are delivered.

If you have specified a third-party recipient for delivery (such as a gift), evidence of porch delivery at the given address will serve as proof of successful delivery and fulfilment of our obligation.
