The Founder

A NIFT and University of the Arts London-trained designer is turning India's finest craft into heirloom couture for kids.

“Fashions fade, style is eternal.” — Yves Saint Laurent

Before Anushruti knew the word couture, she knew its language. Her mother, a professionally trained Indian classical musician, lived beauty in every form: in raga, in colour, in clothes made with her own hands. Taste, Anushruti learned early, is a way of living.

She carried that education to NIFT, then to the University of the Arts London, where she studied luxury brands. Nearly two decades inside global fashion followed. She has worked with couture designer Raghavendra Rathore, and with export houses where she handled brands including Next, Cath Kidston and Ralph Lauren.

But India was always the richest atelier she knew: its culture, its craft, its centuries of artistry. So she came home, and KLISTEL was born.

Today, KLISTEL has its own manufacturing unit in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, creating couture garments for girls, teens and boys. Every piece carries a story, and the hands of Indian karigars, masters of zardozi and dabka who have spent decades perfecting their craft. KLISTEL proudly supports women artisans and keeps Indian craftsmanship at the heart of everything it makes.

Every detail is made with thought. Soft mulmul linings keep each outfit gentle on the skin. Extra margins are built into the seams, so garments can grow with the child, because every child is different.

The sharara set for girls is the house's hero category, most loved for weddings, Diwali, Navratri, Eid, traditional pujas, Grah Pravesh and every occasion that becomes a memory. Mother-daughter combinations complete the picture. Celebrities have worn KLISTEL.

The collections are inspired by the innocence, joy and individuality of children, blending traditional artistry with contemporary elegance. Fashion is never only about clothing. It is about creating confidence, preserving memories and making every child feel extraordinary. Every fabric, silhouette and handcrafted detail is chosen so that each piece is as comfortable as it is beautiful.

  • Made for your moments. Mother-daughter and father-daughter combinations, designed around your special occasions.
  • Made entirely in-house. Every piece is designed and crafted under one roof.
  • Dispatched fast. Within 24 to 48 hours in Delhi NCR, and within 72 hours to Mumbai.

“At KLISTEL, we don't simply design festive wear. We create heirloom pieces that families will treasure for years to come. It is an honour to be a small part of our clients' most treasured celebrations.”
