What is the fabric of this coord set?

Pure Chanderi with a mulmul lining. Chanderi is one of India's lightest hand-woven fabrics — it drapes without weight and breathes without effort. The mulmul lining adds opacity while staying completely soft against skin. Together, they make this the ideal summer piece.

How does it fit? Is it structured or relaxed?

Deliberately loose and relaxed. The top is cut with extra ease — generous margins inside so the fabric never clings. A-line in silhouette, with soft puffy gathers on the sleeves that give it a gentle, playful volume. It moves with your child, not against her.

What is the handwork on this piece?

Each piece features hand-embroidered flowers in anchor thread, worked entirely in French knots. The technique creates a raised, textured surface — dense with detail, with a soft lustre that catches light. No two pieces are identical. Every bloom is placed by hand.

We use YKK zips — the global standard in zip quality. Smooth to operate, built to last, and gentle on delicate fabric. The zip is discreetly placed so it does not interrupt the silhouette.

Dry clean only. The Chanderi weave and anchor thread French knots are delicate — home washing, even gentle, risks distorting the fabric and loosening the handwork. A dry cleaner familiar with Indian handloom fabrics will keep this piece looking its best.
